As part of our commitment to a comprehensive development vision aimed at supporting scientific research, addressing evolving community needs, and achieving sustainable growth, the Global Organization for Civil Society Advancement (GLOCA) has collaborated with its partners at the University of Aleppo to advance this vital strategic direction.

Towards a Digitally Advanced Society

This initiative seeks to leverage modern technology and enhance youth capabilities by equipping them with digital tools and services, contributing to the digital transformation of society. We believe this step will improve students’ skills and awareness, thus fostering societal progress and shaping a brighter future for upcoming generations.

Framework of Joint Cooperation

In this context, an MoU has been signed to strengthen cooperation between GLOCA and the University of Aleppo to achieve shared strategic goals, marking a significant step toward building a promising future for the region.

  • Dr. Mohammad Al-Mohammad – Director of the Cultural Affairs Department at the University of Aleppo.

Objectives of the Memorandum

🔹 Strengthen cooperation in implementing joint community initiatives and activities.
🔹 Conduct joint research and studies aimed at advancing community development.

Key Areas of Collaboration

1️⃣ Providing Microsoft Office 365 licenses and supporting student training in digital programs.
2️⃣ Designing and implementing training programs and workshops on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, peacebuilding, and social cohesion.
3️⃣ Offering technical and logistical support to ensure the success of joint activities and achieve the agreed-upon goals.
4️⃣ Engaging experts and specialists to provide technical support for joint research and studies.
5️⃣ Fully adhering to human rights standards, with a special focus on promoting women's roles in all activities and programs.
