Advancing Civil Society - GLOCA is a non-profit civil society organization that supports civic actors, local institutions, and community initiatives through capacity development, participation, knowledge production, and digital tools. GLOCA works through a participatory approach that connects youth, civil society, institutions, and partners to contribute to recovery, social cohesion, and a more trusted, open, and effective civic environment.

Advancing Civil Society - GLOCA is committed to the four core humanitarian principles: humanity, neutrality, impartiality, and operational independence. The organization designs and implements its programs based on community needs, human dignity, non-discrimination, and respect for affected populations. GLOCA does not support or affiliate with any political or military party, does not allow weapons in its premises, activities, or vehicles, and does not accept external interference in the selection of beneficiaries, staff, partners, or vendors. These commitments are reflected in GLOCA’s Code of Conduct, PSEA Policy, Complaints and Feedback mechanisms, MEAL approach, and internal governance and procurement procedures.
