In line with our belief that human rights are universal and belong to all individuals without exception, and that everyone has the right to enjoy these rights equally and without discrimination, recognizing that all human rights are interconnected, interdependent, and indivisible,
And in an effort to promote human rights and support the participation of civil society in northwest Syria, the Global Organization for Civil Society Advancement (GLOCA) has launched a Human Rights Program alongside the development of an innovative digital system designed to facilitate the monitoring, documentation, and analysis of human rights violations in the region.
This system aims to provide an integrated platform that combines advanced technology with local needs to ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation of violations, enhance transparency and accountability, and strengthen the capacity of human rights actors.
