Three-Day Training on Global Donor Structures
– April 18–20 2025 From April 18 to 20, GLOCA hosted Dr. Mohammad Abu Hilal for an intensive three-day training focused on the structure and operations of international donor organizations and their supporting institutions. The sessions provided an in-depth overview of how global funding mechanisms function, exploring key actors, partnerships, and funding priorities. Dr. Abu Hilal also introduced participants to the core principles of project proposal writing, highlighting the critical components, formatting standards, and strategic considerations necessary for developing strong and competitive proposals.
Introductory Session on Organizational Structure
– April 2025 19 On April 19, Dr. Rami Kilzi led an introductory session focused on internal organizational structures within organizations. The session explored various models of collaboration and coordination among members, emphasizing how clear role distribution and effective communication contribute to institutional efficiency. Dr. Kilzi also provided an overview of available training opportunities aimed at equipping volunteers with the skills and knowledge needed to engage meaningfully and constructively in civil society efforts.
