 2. *Team Capacity Building*: Physical training: Attending in-person training sessions to build the capacity of the initiative's implementation team. Online training (Kotchenk): Participating in online training courses to enhance the team's skills in project management and community awareness. 3. *Direct Initiative Activities*: Awareness training for farmers: Organizing focused workshops and training sessions on the importance and benefits of using organic fertilizers. Providing individual advisory and guidance sessions for farmers to apply organic farming practices. 4. *General Objectives of the Initiative*: Promoting the use of organic fertilizers as a healthy and sustainable alternative to chemical fertilizers. Raising farmers' awareness of the importance of organic farming and its positive impact on the environment and agricultural production.
