Human Rights Program

Believing that human rights are inherent to all individuals, regardless of any consideration, and that everyone is entitled to enjoy these rights equally and without discrimination, the Global Organization for Civil Society Advancement (GLOCA) recognizes that all human rights are interdependent, synergistic, and indivisible. In its pursuit to promote human rights and support civil society participation in Northwest Syria, GLOCA has launched the Human Rights Program, accompanied by the development of an innovative digital system aimed at facilitating the monitoring, documentation, and analysis of human rights violations in the region. This system seeks to provide an integrated platform that combines advanced technology with local needs, ensuring comprehensive and accurate documentation of violations. It further aims to enhance transparency, accountability, and the efficiency of actors working in the field of human rights.
