As part of the partnership between the Global Organization for Civil Society Advancement (GLOCA) and the Union of Medical Relief and Care Organizations (UOSSM), a specialized Project Cycle Management (PCM) training was conducted in Turkey to enhance the capacities of healthcare institutions operating in Northwest Syria. The training focused on developing project management skills, preparing funding proposals, and improving monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.

Training Details and Impact

A total of 14 trainees from various healthcare entities participated in the training, which spanned over four days, combining theoretical and practical sessions. The program significantly improved participants’ competencies. Additionally, technical support was provided through the Shabab PRO platform, offering an interactive and advanced learning environment to support continuous education.
