Activity Summary

Overview
On 5 April 2026, Advancing Civil Society - GLOCA held a physical discussion session in Aleppo titled “Peacebuilding Journey Camp for Youth,” in cooperation with Will Makers Team. The session was delivered by Izdehar Kanjo and facilitated by Mohammad Hammadi, with the participation of 30 young women and men.

Activity Focus
The session focused on strengthening young people’s understanding of sustainable peacebuilding, dialogue, coexistence, and social cohesion in communities affected by conflict. It also encouraged youth to translate peace values into practical behaviors and community initiatives.
