Overview
On 25 May 2025, Advancing Civil Society - GLOCA implemented a physical training in Aleppo titled “Individual Interview Protocols in Humanitarian Work.” The training was delivered and facilitated by Mohammad Yassin, with the participation of 18 participants.

Training Focus
The training focused on strengthening participants’ ability to conduct individual interviews in a structured, ethical, and effective manner within humanitarian work settings. It addressed the full interview process, from preparation to closure, with attention to communication quality and ethical safeguards.
