Confrontation: Focus on success stories to stimulate hope and teamwork. Challenge: Lack of technical expertise among some participants in developing crisis plans. Confrontation: Provide practical models for crisis management plans and their implementation." Recommendations and suggestions: "Enhance cooperation between local organizations to enhance community resilience. Organizing advanced training on crisis and disaster management. Involve youth and women more in disaster response plans. Building networks to share experiences and lessons learned."
