The activity was carried out under the title 'Disasters, Crises and Community Resilience: Lessons Learned from Northwest Syria'. The following objectives and outputs were achieved: Activity Outcomes: "Increasing participants' awareness of the importance of societal resilience in facing crises. Provide participants with tools and strategies to enhance the resilience of their communities to disasters. Create viable community plans to deal with future crises. Exchange of experiences and lessons learned among participants." Pros: "Great interaction from participants in discussing their personal experiences. The success of the activity in linking theoretical concepts with realistic experiences from northwestern Syria. Generate creative ideas to enhance the resilience of society under difficult circumstances. " Difficulties and challenges: "Challenge: Some participants feel frustrated by difficult situations. Confrontation: Focus on success stories to stimulate hope and teamwork. Challenge: Lack of technical expertise among some participants in developing crisis plans. Confrontation: Provide practical models for crisis management plans and their implementation." Recommendations and suggestions: "Enhance cooperation between local organizations to enhance community resilience. Organizing advanced training on crisis and disaster management. Involve youth and women more in disaster response plans. Building networks to share experiences and lessons learned." Lessons learned: "Collectively working communities are better able to adapt to crises. Community resilience is not just in infrastructure, it includes social relationships and communication.
