Overview
On 23 April 2026, Advancing Civil Society - GLOCA held a physical training in Aleppo titled “Facilitation and Dialogue Management Skills in Group Work Environments,” in cooperation with the Syrian Intellectual Forum and under the patronage of Bright Future Syria Organization. The training was delivered and facilitated by Mohammad Yassin, with the participation of 20 female participants.
Training Focus
The training focused on developing participants’ facilitation and dialogue management skills within group work settings. It aimed to strengthen their ability to lead participatory sessions, encourage balanced interaction, manage different opinions, and create safe spaces for constructive discussion.
