Overview
On 23 May 2025, Advancing Civil Society - GLOCA held a physical discussion session in Aleppo titled “Syrian–Turkish Economic Cooperation.” The session was facilitated by Wasim Alhaj and brought together 30 participants from economic, civic, and community backgrounds.

The session explored opportunities to strengthen Syrian–Turkish economic cooperation, with a focus on investment, trade exchange, local recovery, and sustainable partnerships that can support affected communities and contribute to economic revitalization in Aleppo.
