Event Summary

On 15 March 2025, Advancing Civil Society - GLOCA organized a two-day workshop on economic feasibility studies for small and medium-sized projects, delivered by Ahmad Issa and facilitated by Hana Al Qatini. The workshop engaged 99 participants and focused on helping young entrepreneurs transform project ideas into structured and realistic feasibility studies.

 

Workshop Focus
The workshop introduced participants to the main components of feasibility studies, including market analysis, technical planning, financial assessment, risk analysis, and professional reporting. It also clarified the difference between a feasibility study, a project plan, and a business plan.
