He holds a master’s degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics. He previously served as Director of Nexus Action, an organization specializing in humanitarian diplomacy; Chair of the Voices for Displaced Syrians Forum; and a member of the Advisory Board of the Observatory of Political and Economic Networks. Prior to the fall of the Assad regime, he served as First Secretary at the Syrian Embassy affiliated with the Syrian National Coalition in Qatar. Following the fall of the Assad regime, he was appointed Director of the Department of International Organizations and Conferences at the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates in May 2025.
