Main civic hall suitable for workshops, trainings, consultation meetings, civic dialogues, and civil society events.

Kan Zaman Café will soon be available for social, cultural, and informal hosting requests at Talaqi Center. The café can host up to 50 participants and is designed as a welcoming heritage-inspired space for breaks, hospitality, networking, informal meetings, and community exchange before or after activities, or as part of dedicated social and cultural gatherings.
